Now, under some changes, those who earn 18,00,000 per year also can get 0% Interest under this scheme. This interest change has been made official by the PM Office. So, due to this, people are now showing some interest to buy new homes through this plan.
Apart from the income, even for new houses which have high square feet also gets a low-interest rate. Due to this, even 2100 square feet houses also get zero percent interest rate. Usually, the people residing in Delhi and Mumbai suffered to buy new homes, but due to the changes now they are relieved.
