Hyderabad is our 'Akshaya Patra ' ( Golden bowl that always overflowed)', say the Seemandhra employees agitating in the secretariat . During their lunch hour demos the Samaikhyandhra agitators said that ' Seemandhra funds at ratio of 2:1 has been deployed in development of infrastructure of Hyderabad city'.
The AP NGO leaders said that after the amendments to article 371-D and 371-E introduced at the insistance of Indira Gandhi there was no scope for any'job scam in goverbnment service .' If there is anything , it is only in Outsourced employees sector and not in APPSC appointed jobs' they said . But for Indira Gandhi we would ahve by now developed as independent and prosperous states separately exploiting our natural resources , they alleged.��
AP NGOs said they would not give up their 'Akshaya Patra ' so easily and the amount of compensation by the Government would be huge and mind boggling for promotion of not only separate capital but also creation of separate cadres .
