Chennai High Court has sent notice to Actor Vijay and asked him a valid explanation for the smoking scene in his upcoming movie 'Sarkar'. Actor Vijay is currently acting under the A.R.Murugadoss direction for 'Sarkar' and the shooting is progressing at a brisk pace.
The team recently revealed the first look poster where Vijay was seen smoking. Many Politicians and Social activists condemned this act as his fans would take him as a wrong example. Now, a defamation case has been filed on Chennai High Court and they have claimed Rs.10 Crores from the actor, director, and the producers.
They also requested to produce that collected fine amount to Adayar Cancer Institute Research. The hearing came and the judges have asked the actor to provide a valid explanation in a couple of weeks.
