CPI Narayana, though he belongs to Chittoor district, he has nevertheless been steadfastly supporting separate Telangana without any compromise and even Telanganites have wondered how a Seema politician can take up Telangana issue strongly.
It is in this regard that he has also had differences with their sister party CPI (M) which has been supporting United AP. Narayana has reportedly said that he was happy with the manner in which AP NGO’s meeting turned out to be a good success.
CPI is also facing pressure from its cadre in Seemandhra districts but Narayana has been stifling it without coming out in open. But now it looks like he may also tread the path of BJP. They will support Telangana wholeheartedly but first they want the concerns of Seemandhra’s to be addressed first!
