More than 40 CRPF personnel were killed in a terrorist attack In Jammu and Kashmir when a Jaish suicide bomber drove a vehicle with more than 100 kgs of explosives into CRPF vehicle in Pulwama district. A convoy of 78 vehicles with more than 2500 CRPF jawans was on the move, when the incident happened.
Jaish E Mohammed group claimed that they conducted the blast and the bomber was identified as Adil Ahmed. He drove with a 300 kg explosive vehicle and rammed it over a bus with 40 soldiers. Prime minister Narendra Modi tweeted that their sacrifices will not go in vain.
While more than 40 lost lives, many are injured and since bodies are in a mutilated state it became difficult for doctors to count the deaths and besides the dead soldiers belonged to 76th battalion. The government has decided to conduct a cabinet meeting headed by Modi and Rajnath Singh and have decided to avenge this cowardly attack by eliminating Jaish E Mohammed terrorist outfit.
