After Superstar Rajinikanth and former Later Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Jayam Ravi the rising hero has got a property in Chennai's esteemed Poes Garden area. Jayam Ravi is currently acting in a movie tentatively titled as Komaali directed by debutante Pradeep Ranganathan and costarring Kajal Aggarwal and Samyuktha Hegde.
Earlier he had delivered the super hit cop thriller Adangamaru last year end. Now he has signed a deal to star in three movies produced by Screen scene entertainment. He has been happy with this 3 movie deal because he has earned 24 crores with 8 crores as salary for each of the movies, and instead of paying 24 crores for Jayam Ravi, the producer screen scene has written his posh bungalow in Poes Garden to Jayam Ravi.
Jayam Ravi becomes the first actor to get a house in Poes garden area in recent times. Many esteemed VVIP's are residing in that area.
