Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has always been known for his strategy of disrupting the constitutional framework and creating confusion for defending himself whenever he gets caught in some issue or other. When he gets cornered, he retaliates by filing petitions in courts, issuing govt orders and spreading all kinds of rumors and baseless charges on people against him on yellow media and social media. He had even challenged Election commission orders at High Court against the transferring of three IPS officials. However now he has to transfer IPS officers including DG Intelligence AB Venkateswar Rao. Rahul Dev Sharma SP, Dr YSR Kadapa district and SP Srikakulam, Venkataratnam as per court order. Some of his previous such acts are as follows:
a)Data-Theft
Case
Chandrababu Naidu stand on the recently caught
data theft issue that had data pertaining to voters, their personal details,
UID numbers etc given to the IT company IT Grids for TDP app, Seva Mitra showed
how he manipulates people. Initially after complaint by T Lokeshwar Reddy
he said that the data was safe He also suspected role of Telangana police in
the investigation, and somehow pulled in YSRCP into this as well. However later
cases were filed in Guntur and Telangana and even now it has been said that CEO
of IT Grids Ashok Dakavaram is safeguarded by AP govt.
b)Vote
for notes scam
CBN had to move everything from Hyderabad to
Vijayawada after he was proven and caught red handed in the Vote-for-note case
and he planned a counter attack on central govt by allegation leveled that the
center was tapping phones and poking into cases in Andhra Pradesh and also
formed a special investigation team to project an issue between two states.
c)YS
Jagan Murder Attempt
CBN role in the murder attempt on YSRCP leader YS
Jagan Mohan Reddy in Visakhapatnam also showed his cunningness as he claimed it
was a drama and plan staged by the YSRCP for political mileage, and he also is
protecting the accused namely J Srinivas and the Fusion Foods owner
Harshavardhan Choudary. He had formed SIT despite being told to form special
team saying that they might dilute and politically conspire to blame TDP.
d) Doors
shown for CBI
CBN took back the power given to
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct raids and investigations in AP
as per which they cannot proceed with any case within limits of Andhra
Pradesh. Due to this act of CBN the gap and the enmity between AP and
central govts have increased.
Besides these, Chandrababu projecting IT raids as revenge missions of Centre and
his instructing AP police to stop interacting or providing assistance for IT,
and his involvement in appointment of the DGP in the name of seniority and
UPSC rules also were examples that proved how CBN is anti constitutional
and against every laws of the nation.
