Ram Gopal Varma's Controversial Film, Lakshmi's NTR did not release in Andhra Pradesh after a stay by the Andhra Pradesh High Court on the movie release. The Producer of the film, Rakesh Reddy knocked on the door of the Supreme Court asking the court to vacate the stay but the court refused to intervene
However, the court gave the option to the producer to come back if they get an adverse judgment in the High Court. The high court judge was supposed to watch the movie today and decide on the case but the court postponed it to April 9th which means the release before Elections is ruled out.
The makers are of the opinion that Chandrababu once again managed the Judiciary to get a favorable judgment. The makers may now approach the Supreme Court once again and it has to be seen if the court entertains the petition at this stage. Lakshmi's NTR released everywhere except Andhra Pradesh and is declared a hit.
