There are 5 towns exist under Ongole Parliament segment like Darsi, Ongole, Markapuram, Giddaluru and Kanigiri whereas Y.Palem and Kodepi are rural segments. TDP candidate Sidda Raghavara Rao belongs to Vysya community. If we check community-wise more than 1.35 lakh votes related to Vysyas exist in Ongole Parliament. Vysya community has their own business in every town hence poll % increase in towns help to TDP.

After we observe the polling trend in Ongole Parliament, polling % was increased in Darsi drastically in Darsi, Giddaluru, Markapuram and Ongole Towns. As per buzz, TDP would get more majorities in towns and increased % would help to TDP in these towns. TDP offer Ongole Parliament ticket first time to Vysya community and expected that most of the voters related to that community would rally behind Siddha.

Sidda had won Darsi in 2014 elections. Around 88% polling recorded in Darsi which was second highest after Addanki (89%) in Prakasam district in 2019 general elections. YSRCP cadre has another version on polling in towns. Jena Sena candidates would split more number of votes in Towns that causes loss to TDP. Markapur Jena Sena candidate Kasinath expected to receive 12K votes in the Town. YSRCP assumed that Jena Sena votes related to TDP but not to YSRCP. In Ongole town, increase poll % sure to help TDP because of positive wave towards Damecharla.
