TDP MLAs are resorting to blackmail and abuse of Employees for their Postal Ballot Votes besides bribing them with money. TDP MLA from Venkatagiri constituency in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district, Kurugondla Ramakrishna is caught on Tape as he threatened and abused a bay food technical assistant (BFTA) on Thursday morning in a phone conversation
The MLA is heard abusing the employee, V. Ramakrishna in the first sentence itself questioning him on postal ballots. The employee is heard pleading saying the MLA got it all wrong but the MLA just does not give up. The MLA is heard threatening the small-time employee, claiming that the next government would be theirs (TDP).
The Chief Electoral Officer, Gopalakrishna Dwivedi has taken cognizance of this incident and is said to be investigating the issue. A case will be registered on the MLA if found guilty. The Venkatagiri TDP MLA is not new to controversies. He had earlier, abused officials exerting pressure on them to give pensions to Saidapuram TDP leaders in a video which had gone viral.
