Andhra Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam who was appointed by the Election Commission against the wishes of the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has become a pain for the Caretaker Chief Minister. He has been unearthing the entire ecosystem to find if there is any corruption by the State Government which can be used against Naidu.
He has now focused on the allotment of 14980 acres land to Companies and Private persons in the last five years or so. He is also focusing on Health, R&B, Marketing Departments tender calls. The interesting thing is Chief Secretary is taking reports direct from Commissioner and HODs avoiding Principle Secretaries.

LV Subrahmanyam would handover these files to the Central Government secretly and that would spell doom for Chandrababu. Once the new government takes charge, these files would be used to create troubles for Naidu. This will mean trouble for Chandrababu Naidu if he does not win the elections. No wonder Chandrababu Naidu will be having sleepless nights until the same day the next month.
