The CBI raids on the residences of industrialist Raghurama Krishnam Raju who recently contested the General Elections as YSR Congress candidate from Narasapuram. Raids are happening at a time on the residences of Raghurama Krishnam Raju in Hyderabad as well as Bhimavaram (West Godavari District).
The CBI is raiding him in connection of Raghurama Krishna Raju's companies defaulting loans to the banks and on the allegations of diverting the funds to other accounts. Earlier, the CBI had registered a case against him in this bank loans issues. A team of CBI officers from Bengaluru is conducting these raids.
This is the first time that CBI attacks on a prominent leader of YSR Congress. Raghurama Krishnam Raju has taken on Kalavapudi Siva of TDP and Nagababu of Janasena from Narasapuram Parliament. He worked really hard and spent a lot of money to win these elections. All the parties are confident of winning this seat. To see who has won, wait till May 23.
