A 16-Year-Old girl has been gang raped and was kept in an undisclosed location for a span of 51 days by three men. As per reports, the girl was abducted by two men and was raped between March 2nd and April 22nd. The two men lived in the same neighborhood.
The girl's father has filed a complaint and according to the complaint, the duo threatened the girl they would kill her if she attempted to escape from them. As per TOI report, the girl's father said the two accused are Chotu, a native of Chatarpur in Madhya Pradesh, and Suraj from Mahoba.
The complaint read, "They kidnapped a minor girl and kept her in an undisclosed location and raped her between March 2nd and April 22nd. During their absence, she was raped by Aditya who is a resident of Sector 135." The FIR has been lodged under IPC sections 376 d (gang rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 3/4 of the POCSO Act.
