According to sources Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao congratulated YSR Congress chief YS jagan Mohan Reddy over phone for registering a massive victory in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile kcr said he is optimistic that Andhra Pradesh will surge ahead under the leadership of YS jagan and he also hoped in the days to come the relationship between two Telugu states would improve.
