Hell broke loose when Chief Minister jagan Mohan Reddy announced that there is little we can do about the Special Status and can only request the Prime Minister since BJP has got more than 300 seats. But jagan is not going to leave the issue and will continue to pursue it without any lack of efforts from his side.
He ordered the officials to prepare reports on the state's financial condition to place before the 15th finance commission and emphasize the need for SCS at a review meeting. He stressed the need for preparing an effective presentation which would describe the current financial position of the state.
He believes that Special Status is extremely essential in order to overcome the ongoing financial crisis. The Chief Minister also asked the officials to come forward with creative ideas so that the improvement of financial position will not burden the general public.
