Why a sudden silence on both sides of the divide. The leaders of Telangana and Seemandhra were at loggerheads and it sounded almost as if war was inevitable. With rallies and counter rallies, accusations and counter accusations, Andhra Pradesh looked like a war zone for the last two months.
But now slowly the Seemandhra agitation is on the wane and even there is no much real progress over Telangana issue at the centre. The common man has been left wondering as to what may be the reason behind this.
Has the Seemandhra agitation been sold wholesale just like Telangana agitation in 1969 or whether there is a real reason to believe that Telangana has been put on back burner once again? Is it indicating a realignment of political forces again….there are many answers the common man is demanding now!
