TDP has faced its worst ever defeat in the just concluded elections by winning just 23 MLA seats and Three MP seats. The entire party is submerged in grief as they are still in a state of utter disbelief about why they deserve such massive defeat. However, some experts feel that Chandrababu Naidu is well aware of this impending defeat.
New Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy has been struggling to mobilize funds to fulfill his poll promises. The rough estimates put the requirement of Rs 1 lakh crore to fund jagan's poll promises every year. However, the AP treasury is empty and the government is struggling to meet day to day expenses forget about the new schemes.
Officials are suspecting that Chandrababu Naidu deliberately emptied treasury since January this year after he came to know that TDP will lose polls and YSRCP will come to power. On the other hand, jagan is holding a review meeting with finance officials almost every day to explore ways and means to mobilize funds and come out of the present financial crisis.
