Mr. CM , you are wrong and you also dont know the regulations and law properly. Kiran Kumar Reddy has at last emerged as a CM who des not know the regulations or even the law. Last week an IAS Babu rejected a direction by the CM Kiran on the issue of promotion of a lab assistant of Anantapur when he wrote on her representation-' do according to law and promote her' was CM's direction on the file.

Ironically the regulations claimed by the aggrieved lab assistant were found to be misinterpretation and also was the CM's direction. The IAS officer  highlighted the violation of  regulation and also its misintrepration and sent the file back to CM saying why his direction could not be implemented.

Kiran is the fourth  CM whose directions the IAS Babus had refused to implement in the past three decades. Bhavanam Venkatram , N Janardhan Reddy and also T Anjaiah were the CM's whose directions babus had refused to to . In Anjaiah case then CS had even written on the file- Mr. CM  it is impossible to bend the rules and implement your directions ". What was the CM's direction to appoint a chosen and good looking  lady junior IAS  officer as his secretary (the lady IAS officer had refused to work  in CMO and also sought a transfer to Delhi)��
