The cranky Nellore congress MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy has done it again. He has justified and also eulogized the social ills of smoking and drinking in public.
Known for his crazy acts the brother of state finance minister Anam Ramnarayan Reddy has made himself conspicuous by declaring that a Non smoke is shameless person . He also crooned couplets in praise of drinking and smoking. The moot question is whether an MLA a public representative behave in this fashion ?
Several social activists have taken up the issue with Congress president often against the MLA who has admonished such behaviour. But it is always his sober brother Ramnarayana Reddy coming to his rescue and apologizing for his erring brother .
