World's Popular search engine, World's popular Mail service provider and Google + all these faced an outage on Friday and it took 50 mins to fix all these says company in their blog. Gmail, Documents , Google + faced an outage and this is caused due to a software bug caused and we are out of it says Google.
"An internal system that generates configurations — essentially, information that tells other systems how to behave — encountered a software bug and generated an incorrect configuration," said Ben Treynor, Google's VP of Engineering, in their official blog today.
"The incorrect configuration was sent to live services over the next 15 minutes, caused users’ requests for their data to be ignored, and those services, in turn, generated errors." said Ben. Well it's been a tough time for Facebook too which is facing same issues and it almost went down 3 times in 2 months.
