Andhra Pradesh High Court hearing the PIL filed by Krishnaiah against Union Govt decision to form telanagana in a highhanded and unilateral manner, sent summons to Union Government, Union Home Ministry, Rajyasabha and Loksabha offices.
The Court directed them to provide information to the queries sent to them. Samaikyandhra supporters finally saw little ray of hope with HC finally taking up their petition and directing Union Govt and others to come with answers,in the wake of Supreme Court rejecting many petitions on telangana.
Petitioners mentioned Union Govt taking the bill which was rejected by Andhra Pradesh assembly and also how Govt is bypassing article 3 of the constitution. Supreme Court earlier rejected petitions filed by Payyavula Keshav, Raghurama Krishnamraju,leaders of seemandhra.
It has to be seen what will be the developments in AP high court's decision.
