Seemandhra has emerged as wealthy region mainly because if its strong agricultural backbone and particularly the coastal Andhra region ha rich fertile land. But now, the looming threat of commercialization definitely poses a big threat to the agricultural strengths of residual AP. Telangana formation has now forced the people of Seemandhra to establish a new capital. But for forming a teeming commercial city environmentalists and people with common sense wonder that vast agricultural lands will now become extinct since it thousands of acres of land is required to form new complexes and infrastructure. The biggest mistake ever made in AP was focusing everything in Hyderabad which is why Telangana sentiment was prevalent all over except his city and Telangana districts lacked development now it has to be seen whether Seemandhra will be wise or will it compromise its current strength in agriculture for the sake of commercialization!
