K C R has been telling the whole of Andhra Pradesh that he would install a BC as Chief Minister of Telengana. That was his pronouncement BEFORE the creation of T State was approved by the President. K C R is A Very Quick-Change Artist. No sooner had the President approved the Bill than he changed his stance.  KCR declared immediately after the President’s approval that He Himself would be the First Chief Minister of T State. Nobody – except Sonia Gandhi - was surprised as everybody knew that his word is of no value at all. Ex-APCC Chief D Srinivas brokered a deal between KCR and Sonia Gandhi. He announced after the KCR-Sonia talks that KCR would merge his TRS with Congress once Telengana was formed. And that has been the hope held out all along and believing in it, Sonia ordained that there shall be Telengana Once T Bill clearance was assured, KCR recanted with all sorts of conditions which he claimed were not fulfilled, and so, NO merger with Congress The only person to be surprised with this recantation is Sonia Gandhi because trusting in this assurance by KCR he has irrevocably ruined her and Congress’ chances in Seemandhra forever Chandra Babu Naidu thought that he would encash this opportunity.  He declares ad nauseum that Telengana would have his BC dummy as its CM. Poor chap, he could have had the whole State under his control if he accepted the advice of his well wishers, when he had very bright chances, to declare that he would nominate the candidacy of Devender Goud or some other acceptable B C leader to occupy the CM post in Andhra Pradesh. He did not listen to good advice because of his GREED. He thought the CM of AP should be perpetually in his Family only. There were any number of family members : his son, daughter. Som-in-law, brother-in-laws, etc, just as KCR has his son, daughter, nephew, etc.  While KCR’s dreams of retaining the CM’s post within his family forever are likely to fructify, poor Naidu is already disillusioned. It is doubtful whether he or any of Naidu’s family members can at all occupy that post. Too Little, Too Late. Appears to be the Hall Mark of Naidu just as it was of K K Reddy who waited till long after the precious crucial moment to resign or form his new party
