Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP convenor, had put up a road show in Varnasi today and had seen a bitter incident. The convenor was companied by his party supporters namely Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh. His road show was an election campaign following the visit to the temples Kal Bhairav and Kashi Vishwanath.
Earlier to the ink bath, Kejriwal had been attacked with eggs by an unidentified mob on his car outside the Varnasi temple premises. The UP-in-charge Sanjay Singh and the former Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti were also targeted in the attacks. However, police denied that no such kind of act happened. The protestors had slogans loud throughout Varnasi against the AAP. The ink was thrown at Arvind Kejriwal and his supporters for conducting the road show.
Arvind Kejriwal was not at all responding to the protests and claims that these are just a plan by the opponent parties. He refuses to talk to the media about the chaos in Varnasi. The convenor is scheduled a public rally to seek support for taking on Mr. Narendra Modi. He had just his smile on, even after so much has happened.
