There is lot of discussion among the political analysts on two YSRCP MPs defection into TDP. Nandhyala MP SPY Reddy joined in TDP for the sake of the water and development of his segment. Kurnool MP Butta Renuka also think to join in TDP later she announced that she will continue in YSRCP and acts as in support to TDP. This is huge and big jolt to YSRCP. Many doubts and questions raised on leadership of Jagan. Two of its MPs crossed borders within 10 days of the results announced exploits YSRCP weakness. TDP said that many more MLAs and MPs are in queue. YSRCP leaders cried as TDP’s foul mind game. Now it’s the question whether Anti-Defection Law applicable to SPY or not? As per TDP leader Yenamala RamaKrishnudu, it shouldn’t applicable to SPY. YSRCP has no right to issue WHIP to its representatives due to not having recognized party. Yenamala said “It just registered one but not recognized party. All of its elected members are considered as Independents”. Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath said that 10th schedule of the Indian Constitution is applicable to even registered political parties. Any defectors from registered parties should face disqualification. SPY Reddy is confident to face the election even after the disqualification. He claimed that he is re-elected again with huge majority from Nandhyala if there is any possibility of bye-election happened.
