Political analysts have drawn attention to the dawn of two moons on the ready to be split-up Andhra Pradesh on June 2md of this year. Andhra Pradesh will be presided over by the New Moon ,which drapes the area in darkness -- CHANDRA Babu Naidu. That is what is in store for Andhra Pradesh only darkness.   Telengana will be having the benefit of FULL Moon which floods the State with munificence thanks to Chandra sekhara Rao who has been able to gobble up resources and revenues which should by right go to Andhra Pradesh. KCR has been able to mesmerize Sonia Gandhi holding out the tantalizing prospect of his merging his Party with Congress after she carves out Telengana. Her infatuation with KCR made her give whatever he asked for, depriving Andhra Pradesh of its rightful share and starving it. As expected, he reneged. Naidu has now gone to Delhi with a begging bowl. He says that the State has been reduced to bankruptcy and cannot even meet the salary bill of employees. The reason for this is the distribution of assets and liabilities, highly skewed in favor of Telengana. It is clear that Telengana is very rich, at the expense of Andhra Pradesh. This state of affairs is directly due to the incompetence of Naidu, when he encouraged the split up (for his own selfish benefit), he should have had the common sense to ensure that the division would be made on equitable basis. But his silly two eye theory has made him go to Delhi for charity, and it is quite on the cards that he would be turned away with just sweet words, and nothing more,answer deal with any beggar seeking alms at out door step even now, he has not learnt his lesson. Naidu is banking on his bagging Telengana for his YDP in future – an impossibility considering that KCR, KTR, Harish Rao, Kavitha have all proved themselves more intelligent than Naidu. In spite ofTelengana having a surfeit of funds, and KCR’s abilities to con the Centre for flooding his State with riches, Naidu is pleading that Telengana also should be generously funded. What hypocrisy!
