Brace yourselves for the most happening revolution. Very soon, six to eight-lane expressways would be providing easy access within six hours, from any corner of Andhra Pradesh state towards the upcoming capital city near Vijayawada.
The AP government has reportedly submitted Rs 14,000 crore worth proposals in this regard to the 14th Finance Commission and is also looking for some ample funding from World Bank, Nabard and other important monetary agencies.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has also reportedly directed the officials of departments such as transport, roads and buildings department for identifying the shortest possible routes for constructing these new expressways.
Once they get operational in next five years, then travel from other parts of Andhra Pradesh, especially the hinterlands of Rayalaseema is expected to be a pleasant ride which would also be boosting development!
