He is definitely on a mission for building a new capital for his state, but AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is again in no hurry to leave favourite Hyderabad city and he is reportedly planning to refurbish his residence at Jubilee Hills. In a politically loaded statement which may in fact spark angry reactions from Telangana Raashtra Samithi (TRS) camp, Naidu reportedly declared that he has been living in Hyderabad for the past 30 years and he would continue to live here in the future as well. He made these comments at ‘Alai Balai' (get together) hosted by BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya, Naidu where called upon Telugu people to live in harmony whether they have Seemandhra or Telangana roots. This statement would definitely upset his bete noire and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, who has been waiting to see AP government packing its bags and moving from Hyderabad soon. The statement again assumes political significance with Naidu’s earlier statement that he would not be leaving Hyderabad until Telugu Desam Party (TDP) comes to power in Telangana.
