Telangana state government is more concerned about nativity rather public health badly. The 108 ambulance services, which were launched to provide immediate medical services to common man , were stopped in Telangana. The 108 services are to provide quick treatment to the accident victims and move patients from one place to another in an emergency case. They play a vital role for the safety of the people but they were stopped in Telangana today due to shortage of diesel an accumulated debts. As per the close sources stated that Telangana government is not keen to continue the services of GVK Group which belongs to Nellore in Andhra Pradesh state. GVK-EMRI says, funds were not provided by Government. Fuel bills have been pending since June and the Medical and Health Department has been directed to keep the grants towards salaries of the para medical staff pending since January.
