There has always been analysis regarding the TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu’s style of politics and how he managed everything right from the time he joined NTR’s TDP in 1983. Naidu is known for his nerves of steel and his extremely accurate strategies.
Be it his way of dismantling NTR’s men and usurping power in 1995 and his way of using media for his publicity, Naidu has always proved himself to be a Chanakya. At a time when even Shiv Sena couldn’t handle Modi and Amit Shah and gave up, Naidu proved to be the opposite.
Converting his party TDP into an opportunistic ally of BJP, Naidu has managed a coup by ensuring there is no hype for Amit Shah’s much touted visit to Andhra Pradesh. To his advantage, T-BJP’s lack of active political acumen has scuttled BJP’s chances in TS.
At least for now Naidu has managed to make sure there is no huge upsurge for BJP in his bastion of AP. However, the political analysts say Naidu must not take it easy because BJP is going to give its push from all directions for some more time.
