BJP senior leader Venkaiah Naidu enters into the scene along with AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu in Delhi to get promised assistance in Telangana bill for Andhra Pradesh. Naidu duo met Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for promising assurances for AP. They urged Finance Minister to give clarity in February budget on Deficit Budget, Special Status to AP and incentives to the industrialists to from industries in AP and funding to construct Capital of AP.
During their discussion, Venkaiah Naidu remembering Arun Jaitley the way they fight Congress in Rajya Sabha on development of AP. Venkaiah also told to Arun Jaitley that then PM personally involved in Rajya Sabha because of their fighting. Arun Jaitley has agreed in this regard and gave assurance to both CBN and Venkaiah Naidu. Arun Jaitley called Chief Secretary of Finance and gave some suggestions on Special Package.
Venkaiah also made a call to other colleagues like Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Umabharati and Birendra Chowdary to implement given promises for AP in Telangana bill. Before that Venkaiah Naidu invited CBN to his house for lunch on Sankranthi festival and discussed on various issues on AP.
