It is already a known fact that Pattiseema has turned out to be a controversial project which is being taken up by the TDP government in the face of opposition from all other parties. Till now, it is YSRCP which has been active and had been criticizing this project.
They have been vocally saying it has been framed only to benefit contractors who had doled out money for Telugu Desam during elections. But at the same time, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is only going ahead keeping aside the criticism.
This is all the more frustrating for the main opposition party of Jagan. Now in a surprise boost for Jagan, former Congress MP and current BJP leader Kavuri Sambasiva Rao has revealed that his party is opposed to the project.
And he has reportedly called it as a sheer waste of money with no benefits for anyone. This reaction from alliance partner BJP is only adding upto Naidu’s troubles. More than the leaders, it is the officials and experts who would be fully aware on who is going to benefit from this entire thing.
