The main opposition party of Andhra Pradesh YSR Congress party seems to take a dig into the false efforts of the government and the ruling party TDP. It seems the YSRCP is preparing its guns to fire on the ruling party as it is not able to solve the drought condition in the state. The YSRCP is all set to submit a memo to the mandals and hike their agitation levels against the government's lazy attitude.

The YSR Congress party senior leader, Maisura Reddy said " The state government is ignoring the drought situation as the people are facing shortage of drinking water. As Chandrababu promised during the elections for betterment, there is lack in the MSP and zero funds for drinking water."

Even though the Central ruling BJP and state ruling TDP has promised to implement the suggestions of the Swaminathan committee, it seems they are not being done so. He said that there are no steps being taken to overcome the situation. Protesting this, the YSRCP has planned to agitate in AP on May 4th and 5th across the state. So, this turns another headache to the AP govt.
