Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu may boast that he is doing a lot for the people of the state spending sleepless nights. He may claim that he was wrongfully targeted by opposition YSRCP led by Jagan Mohan Reddy and Telangana CM KCR and his TRS party.

However it is coming out that TDP leaders of Andhra Pradesh are angry with their all powerful leader who is also popular as modern day Chanakya. This they may not confess in open but in private many TDP leaders are of the opinion that he is ignoring Andhra Pradesh state and its people, by giving too much importance to Telangana and its CM KCR.

A leader from his own constituency Chittor district furiously questions “At the party office or anywhere else, if AP activists come to greet him, Naidu gives very less time, but if any Telangana leader or delegation is there, he goes the extra mile to make them comfortable,“Many are unhappy with Chandra Babu for organising Mahanadu in Hyderabad rather than in Visakhapatnam. A leader from Visakhapatnam claim “Naidu shifted the venue to Hyderabad after Telangana TDP leaders persuaded him keeping in mind the forthcoming GHMC elections. However, civic polls are also due in Vizag. It would be better for AP residents if Naidu focuses more on the residuary state and less on Telangana,“
Many say people are wondering whether Naidu's interests like in Telangana and Hyderabad or in Andhra Pradesh. They say while AP people voted by Chandra Babu, he chose to stay put in Hyderabad without shifting his base. A leader questions “KCR keeps on telling Naidu that he is the CM of AP and that he should concentrate there, but the latter insists that he will not let go of Hyderabad and Telangana. If this continues, AP people will begin to wonder whether Naidu's interests lie in AP or Telangana,“
