CBI has asked for some more time to file counter for the bail petition of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. The CBI court has heard arguments of Jagan’s counsel and CBI counsel on the bail plea on Nov 23(Wednesday). As the agency has asked for time to file the counter, the hearing was adjourned.
It may be recalled that Jagan has filed a statutory bail plea stating that he has to be given bail as he was in the jail for more than 90 days. After admitting the petition, the CBI court has directed the agency to file its counter.
