The people of AP can never forget the antics of Congress senior leader Digvijay Singh who misled the people regarding bifurcation and the sudden, unpredictable decisions he was taking. Now we have one Telugu man who has taken over or rather say replaced the role of Digvijay Singh for AP.
Responding to the latest incident involving suicide of Muni Koti, Venkayya Naidu has appealed to the youth not to take such extreme steps even as he laid the blame squarely over Congress for not taking any constitutional steps for special status to Andhra Pradesh.
Venkaiah Naidu was again at his best
Venkayya Naidu was again at his best when he said that Congress promised special status to Andhra Pradesh but hasn’t included it in the Re-Organization Bill. Even a small child knows this fact and that’s why they voted for NDA overwhelmingly in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Rather than Congress, it was Venkayya himself who had first made the promise of giving special status to Andhra Pradesh in Rajya Sabha. The BJP is firmly in power now, with a rock solid majority in Parliament. Congress says it will support special status. Only god knows what stops Venkayya from moving forward on this. Well AP hasn’t got special status but got one more Diggy Raja.
