'Anger' is one of the most uncomfortable emotion for anyone. It is one of the emotions which creates pain to the person who shows it and also receives it. We often get numerous advises that we should get rid of anger and we meed to transform our anger into positive energy.


But what if we consider anger not as an enemy, but as a dear friend ? Anger is an emotion like any other, and we have as much right to feel it as sadness or joy. When we feel angry, it is a symptom that something is going wrong. It also means we have crossed boundary when something is not met.

But you have to. There are 2 types of anger. Righteous anger and Anxious anger. Righteous anger is very calm and grounded and it is very rare. Anxious anger is always a mixture of fear and hurt. We need to convert our anger into righteous anger so that we can make anger as our best friend.
