It is always a duty of a mother to teach everything. Children from young age have to be taught the art of doing Yoga and meditation. With a cruel and stressful world outside, Children must learn to have inner peace. Kids are often active, we need to shape them in the right path.


A recent survey says that about 4.5 million children are diagnosed with ADHD and 5.6 million children are diagnosed with Asthma. If the children practices Yoga, the number of asthma attacks will be reduced. There will be no need for medication in Chronic asthmatics.


Try to teach your children Yogic breathing or Pranayama. Yogic breathing techniques also have been shown to decrease children’s hyperactivity, inattention, and anxiety, while also improving peer relations.


Yoga can teach your kids to have better concentration and they also boost the self confidence levels. Yoga class often shapes the child and it nurtures the soul. The child learns how to be connected with Body, Mind and Soul. If the child learns the art of connecting these three, then it is sure to get inner peace.
