Everyone of us have the quality 'Anger'. We often vent it out while we drive in a traffic, while our Children refuses to co-operate and so on. But it is a normal and healthy emotion just like 'Happiness', 'Joy', 'Sad'. Uncontrolled anger alone can spoil everything.


It is always easy to speak something we will regret after few minutes. So often take few moments, collect all thoughts and then speak anything. This allows others to react in a low way.


Always anger is an output of our frustration.So we need to stay calm and stay clear. Controlling anger is one of the major attributes. Physical activity like Yoga or Meditation can reduce stress and in order that reduce the anger. Prefer a brisk walk at least for 15-20 minutes.


Always give short time breaks while you work. These time-out's are not just for kids. This period might help you to handle things without getting irritated or angry. Always remember, getting angry won't fix anything. In fact it is just going to make things worse.
