As per report india vice-captain rohit sharma poked fun at Ajinkya Rahane after the Test specialist took to social media to describe his routine in lockdown. Ajinkya Rahane revealed how he is being able to maintain a peaceful mind during lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis that has brought normal lives to a grinding halt."Everyday I take out some time for myself where I rest with my thoughts, type it out & go through old pictures. It really helps in keeping a peaceful mind. #Technology," Rahane wrote on Social Media

rohit sharma wondered what was wrong with Ajinkya Rahane and said the Test vice-captain needs to get back to the field as early as possible. "Seriously bro you need start playing ASAP," rohit sharma said. The Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the sporting world with several big-ticket tournaments being postponed or cancelled. Nonetheless, international cricket is all set to resume from July with west indies taking on england in a 3-Test series. The west indies cricketers have already arrived in Manchester for the Test series which is set to be played under 'bio-secure' environment.

Elsewhere, australia, sri lanka and afghanistan cricket teams have resumed training in groups. Even as india has relaxed restrictions in the fifth phase of the lockdown, the Board of Control for cricket in india is yet to take a call on holding a training camp for its contracted players. The government has allowed opening of sporting facilities across the country but it seems india cricketers will have to wait a bit more before getting back to action. We are reviewing the situation. When we think it's safe for them to return to training, we'll organise the camp," bcci treasurer Arun Dhumal said earlier this week.
