Preparation time: 15 minutes, plus chilling Cooking time: 45 minutes  Oven temperature: 180 C (350 F), Gas Mark 4  375 g/12 oz. lean minced beef  1 onion, roughly chopped  1 tablespoon tomato puree 1 teaspoon dried mixed  Herbs  Salt and pepper  Chopped parsley, to garnish  Paprika, to sprinkle 1 red onion, finely chopped 400 g/13 oz. chopped  Tomatoes  Pinch of paprika  1 teaspoon dried mixed  Herbs  Place the meat, onion, tomato puree and dried mixed herbs into a blender or food processor Season well and then blend until smooth.  Shape the mixtures into 12 balls and chill in The refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, put the sauce ingredients into a saucepan and cook, uncovered, over a low Heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.  Transfer the sauce To an ovenproof dish and arrange the meatballs on top. Cook in a Preheated oven, 180 C (350 F), Gas Mark 4, for 45 minutes Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and paprika.
