Hyderabad sources added that BJP president Amit Shah arrived yesterday on a day long visit to hold consultations with party leaders on the strategy for the 2019 Lok Sabha and the Telengana Assembly elections. Meanwhile sources said during his visit, Shah is also likely to meet some RSS leaders.
Sources have said that it could be linked to the changes in the government and party as the Modi dispensation approaches its second anniversary and a party official though was noted that the top leaders meet frequently to take stock of the political situation.
