A primary school guard in Kuala Lumpur is facing court proceedings for sexual assault, and charges for making girl students watch porn clips and videos. He could face 20 years imprisonment and fine up to RM 20,000, or both if found guilty.
A primary school security guard is charged with sexual assault on girl students of the school. He was charged and found guilty of outraging modesty of minor girl students of the school. He was charged of making girl students watch porn clips and videos perhaps on his personal mobile device.
MD. Sulaiman balakrishna Abdullah who is 41 years of age pleaded not guilty in proceedings of his case in three separate court rooms by three judges. He allegedly made minor school girls to watch porn material. The incident occurred between january and september this year. Apart from imprisonment he is also liable for whipping if he is found guilty.
Abdullah vehemently outraged the modesty of minor girls reportedly in august this year. No bail was allowed till november 11 for him by the court. The country has stringent laws pertaining to sexual offenses towards women and girls.
