Magizh Thirumeni has turned an actor and will be playing important roles in movies such as Arya, Sayyeshaa starrer Teddy helmed by shakti Soundarrajan and vijay Sethupathi, megha akash starrer Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir by debutant Venkata krishna Rogan.
Buzz is that Magizh Thirumeni might be seen playing the antagonist role in director Pa Ranjith's upcoming movie Salpetta which is North Madras' backdrop movie revolving around kickboxing and starring arya and Dinesh in lead roles. Actor arya was last seen as a character with memory loss and lack of concentration in comedy caper Ghajinikanth helmed by santhosh Jayakumar and later was seen in the KV anand directorial Kaappaan with Suriya in lead role recently. His last release 'Magamuni' also ended as a failure despite positive critics and reviews. He is now looking to get back to winning ways.
