Music director sam CS had become a rage, with his stunning background score and songs for the vijay Sethupathi - madhavan starrer crime drama vikram Vedha, and following the success, recently he had also scored a terrific album for Ispade Rajavum Idhaya Raniyum.
Now the latest update is that the music director has been signed to score music for madhavan's debut directorial venture, the multilingual project Rocketry The Nambi Effect. madhavan plays former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayan, who had recently been awarded the Padma bhushan award.
In the 1990s, Nambi Narayanan was wrongly accused in an espionage case, and after being imprisoned without committing any crime, was released recently. This movie's teaser which was launched last October was received well, and now sam CS has shared the news of joining the team, expressing that he never thought he will be a part of this movie, and thanked madhavan for making him a part of the epic. In this case, Maddy revealed that Kajal was initially part of the movie, but due to her ignorance, she missed and now they opted for Simran.
