Actor Jai's last release was the snake thriller flick Neeya 2, co-starring Catherine Tresa, Raai Laxmi and varalaxmi sarathkumar by Eththan director suresh and the movie was a disastrous outing. jai is next, a part of superhero flick Breaking News, and also part of next movie of veteran director SA Chandrasekharan back to direction four years after the disastrous Touring Talkies.
Titled Love Matter this movie is a romantic entertainer, with two female leads - vaibhavi Shandilya and Athulya Ravi. As per reports, jai told the director to change character name from karthik to Vijay. The movie will showcase him in an unseen avatar and the movie will have some bone-chilling action sequences.
