Yesteryear action hero Arun Pandian's daughter keerthi Pandian a popular figure in Chennai based stage plays made her debut recently as the female lead in films with the forest adventure flick Thumbaa helmed by debutant Harish Ram and co-starring Kanaa Darshan and KPY Dheena.
The press meet of Thumbaa was conducted recently and during the speech, keerthi cried. She started her speech revealing that she had earned good friends in the form of Darshan and Dheena and added she had complete freedom on the sets and when she began speaking on maker Harish, she cried.
She then mentioned she got to hear a lot of stories and top directors had rejected her in the past body shaming that she was thin and dark-skinned and praised Harish for choosing her giving confidence, and added she will be seen wearing tiny shorts for maximum scenes and that she owes a lot to the director and everyone.
