According to sources, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo sharad pawar tried to call YSR Congress Party chief Jaganmohan Reddy, who remained unavailable for the call. Pawar is keen on roping him in for a possible alliance with the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) after the May 23 results are declared.
Interestingly, Chandrababu has met Pawar twice after the results. If Pawar managed to bring jagan to UPA, it will mean that they have to dump Chandrababu Naidu. Jaganmohan Reddy is yet to declare his allegiance to either NDA, UPA or a third front. jagan will show his cards once the results are out and a clearer picture emerges.
