Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Designate, YS jagan Mohan Reddy is busy reviewing and understanding various issues pertaining to the State even before taking the oath. jagan had made some critical comments on Amaravati which indicate that we may very soon see a change of the Capital from Amaravati to some other place.
"Amaravati Land Pooling is a scam and a huge case of insider trading. It is important that we surface all the irregularities involved in this issue. I would not say I would shift the capital or not. That is for the time to decide," jagan said on Amaravati and Land Pooling. If we read between the lines, jagan may be contemplating a change of the Capital.
YSRCP leaders and realtors from hyderabad and Vijayawada and scouting for lands in Donakonda and making 'deals'. The land rates in the area have increased for the last few months with the speculations of YSR Congress coming to Power. In particular, there is a huge demand for land parcels surrounding Donakonda airport.
