At questions hour, avinash Reddy has pointed out the lack of industrial growth in AP after the state's bifurcation. He also raised the issue of unemployment in the state which has become a serious concern. Further Reddy even recalled modi's promise on Special Category Status to the state in his Tirupati public meeting which he didn't keep. When considering the above, Avinash has asked the Union Minister Gadkari to extend special tax benefits and Sops to AP. Apparently replying to his question, Gadkari said it is not possible to give such benefit only to one state.

Moreover Gadkari said MedTech Zone in visakhapatnam  is doing quite well . As per report he said he will think of giving any Sops to the MedTech Zone if the state government comes up with any interesting proposals.
